Conference registration is complimentary for website program authors. All web participants who have reserved rooms are automatically registered. For further information about a room for website authors, contact Emma Ruckley by March 27 at emma.ruckley@queens.oxford.ac.uk.

Website program authors are encouraged to attend conference dinners. If you wish to do so, please complete the following form, make a copy for yourself, and mail to arrive in Oxford no later than March 27. NOTE: Conference fees are fully refundable up to ten business days before the conference. After that date, there will be a service charge of £20.

ROOMS: We have a few rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis at Mansfield College, which is contiguous with the Rothermere Institute -- £72.10 (with bath) including tax and breakfast. Linton Lodge is further away, but cheaper. If you would like to reserve a room at Mansfield College, please contact Emma Ruckley at emma.ruckley@queens.oxford.ac.uk and add that amount (per night) to the total amount you are paying on the form for meal payment.

ROOMS: Conference Organizers have reserved a block of rooms at Linton Lodge Hotel, Oxford. Single rooms are available at £65 and double rooms at £75. For our conference discount, please provide the Linton Lodge desk with our discount number -- UNI2704. To reserve a room, please contact them directly no later than March 27.
